About me

Hi, I’m Philipp.

I hold a PhD from the Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna in Pisa, where my research focused on innovation management, digital transformation, and the organizational adoption of advanced technologies. As a Marie Skłodowska-Curie Research Fellow within the EU’s Horizon 2020 programme, I worked on interdisciplinary projects examining how emerging technologies move from experimental environments into real industrial contexts.

My work sits at the intersection of technology strategy, robotics, and organizational change. I combine academic research with practical experience from industry collaborations, European research consortia, and project environments involving complex technical systems and multiple stakeholders, with a particular interest in human–robot interaction and the practical integration of intelligent systems into industrial environments.

Most recently, I worked in the CEO Office at NEURA Robotics, contributing to strategic initiatives around robotics and artificial intelligence. This included coordinating proof-of-concept projects, supporting technology partnerships, and helping translate emerging technological capabilities into practical industrial applications.

My academic work explores how collaborative robotics reshapes operational processes, decision structures, and the role of humans within technology-intensive systems.

Across both research and industry projects, my focus has been on enabling organizations to adopt complex technologies in a structured and practical way — connecting technological innovation with real operational impact.
