Hi, I'm Philipp.

I hold a PhD from Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna in Pisa with a focus on innovation management, digital transformation and the strategic integration of technology. As a former Marie Skłodowska-Curie Research Fellow in the European Union’s Horizon 2020 program, I led cross-sector research that connected academic insights with practical strategies for digital transformation.

I specialize in innovation strategy, robotics implementation and the organizational adoption of emerging technologies. My experience spans European research programs, industrial consulting and project leadership in complex environments.

At NEURA Robotics, I support strategic initiatives in human-machine collaboration and organizational development. My academic background explores how collaborative robots influence operations, reshape workflows and redefine the role of people in technology driven manufacturing systems.

I work where precision meets relevance. I focus on enabling adoption, translating complexity into clarity and aligning technology with the actual needs of organizations. Over the past years, I have collaborated with a wide range of stakeholders from small and medium sized enterprises to global corporations, exploring the barriers and the momentum of technological change.
